Beverly Hills

Synonymous with wealth and opulence.

Beverly Hills Real Estate

Historic estates and contemporary mansions surrounded by world-class shopping and dining

Beverly Hills has been synonymous with wealth and opulence ever since The Beverly Hills Hotel opened in 1912. Guests, especially those working in the film industry, were drawn to the area and began to purchase land for their estates. Soon, custom-made homes dotted the area. They featured a range of architectural styles, including the Tuscan and Spanish Renaissance. Today, grand European villas still line the streets in this iconic zip code, along with newly-built contemporary mansions. All are surrounded by immaculate gardens and tall, ornate gates that give residents plenty of privacy.

Beverly Hills is home to the world-famous Rodeo Drive. Here, you’ll find a fashionably-dressed crowd shopping luxury brands, including Cartier and Louis Vuitton. Shiny Rolls-Royce's, Bugatti’s, and mint-conditioned vintage cars line the streets as wealthy entrepreneurs and industry insiders broker deals during their power lunches. At night, intimately-lit dining patios are the perfect place for leisure dinners, romantic dates, and people-watching.
