Upscale suburban neighborhood surrounded by breathtaking natural scenery

Nestled in the foothills of the Santa Monica Mountains, Woodland Hills is a lush and upscale suburban neighborhood. It offers plenty of green space and outdoor recreation, and the beaches are only a 20-minute drive through the canyons. You’ll find a mix of resort-style condominiums closer to the main streets and large hilltop estates south of Ventura Boulevard. There’s also a collection of charming Mid-Century Modern homes, including the 1964 Kuhn’s House designed by renowned Modernist architect Richard Neutra.

You’ll find trendy restaurants, chic boutiques, shopping plazas, office towers, lively bars, and quaint cafes all along Ventura Boulevard. The abundance of amenities makes Woodland Hills feel more like a city and part of L.A.’s metropolitan area. Nature lovers can head to the trails at Upper Las Virgenes Canyon Open Space Reserve or Topanga State Park.
