Anita and her team are multilingual, providing exceptional service and a high degree of expertise and professionalism. Anita has listed some of Southern California’s most remarkable homes and estates, as well as residences in the French Riviera and a castle outside of Rome.
 
Anita’s impressive portfolio of client relationships was built on repeat and referral business, the result of her extensive skill and experience. She ranks in the top 3% of agents nationwide, and she leads The Rich Group with high standards of excellence, high energy, and authenticity. Clients range from first-time homebuyers to celebrities and multimillion-dollar estates. A licensed broker for more than 30 years, Anita also owns a property management company and understands the intricacies of owning, managing, and investing in premium real estate.
 
Born in Budapest, Hungary, and raised in Montreal, Canada, Anita relocated to Southern California in 1968. She built her career from the ground up, winning accolades as a top producer and earning professional designations such as Luxury Home Specialist, Estate Director, Director of Education, and Associate Manager. She also performs as a Certified Short Sale and REO Specialist.
 
Anita brings a wealth of knowledge to every client. Her core strengths in negotiation and razor-sharp pricing analysis result in faster-selling properties, which enrich her clients’ prosperity. Recognizing that buying and selling a home can be a daunting process, she offers continuing assistance and personal, one-on-one service. From first-time home buyers to millionaire celebrity estates, Anita places people first and relationships above all.
